I am diabetic since 2015 and currently taking glyciphage 1000 twice daily after food and jardiance 25 after breakfast. Is there a cheaper substitute for jardiance? Will vysov 50/1000 increases weight?

There are cheaper substitutes. Vysov 50/100 I guess should be metformin and vildagliptin and it's weight neutral.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the query. However, there is no mention of how the glucose levels are controlled. It is essential to know fasting & pp levels as well as hba1c% before any comment can be made or any suggestion is given. As regards dapagliflozin and vildagliptin+ metformin combination usage, both these (dapagliflozin & vildagliptin) are totally different drugs. One can not be substituted for the other. Mode actions are totally different. Thanks.
